Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and SV Tech LLP ("we", "us") about your use of the AIVidGen app. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Who can use AIVidGen

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and, to buy Premium, old enough to enter a contract where you live. Sign-in uses your phone number; keep your account secure and do not share it.

2. What the app does

AIVidGen turns your text, or a picture you provide, into short AI-generated videos of 5 to 10 seconds, with sound on or off. Videos are made by AI services and may take a few minutes. Models, features, limits and availability can change at any time.

3. Free plan and Premium

• Free: 1 video per day. It is unlocked by watching a short rewarded ad to the end. Closing the ad early, blocking it, or tampering with the app does not unlock a video.
• Premium: a monthly subscription that costs Rs 1,499 per month in India and US$14.99 per month in other countries, or the local equivalent that Google Play shows you before you buy (taxes may apply). Premium gives you unlimited videos with every model and no ads. "Unlimited" is subject to fair use: we may slow down or limit automated, abusive or excessive use that harms the service for others.
• Premium is billed by Google Play and renews automatically every month until you cancel in Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow Google Play's policies.
• If a video fails because of an error on our side, we return the video to your daily count.

4. Your content and our output

• You are responsible for the prompts and pictures you submit and you confirm you have the right to use them.
• You give us and our AI providers permission to process your content only to create your video and run the service.
• As between you and us, you may use the videos you create, subject to these terms, the terms of the underlying AI services, and the law. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other output; we do not guarantee that it is original or free from third-party rights.
• We do not keep your videos. Save them to your phone straight away; they are deleted from our server within about 20 minutes.

5. Rules

You agree to follow our Content Policy. In short, do not create content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive deepfakes or impersonation of real people, harassment, hate, graphic violence, or content that infringes other people's rights. Do not try to bypass limits or ads, reverse-engineer or overload the service, or resell access. We may block prompts, remove content, limit or suspend accounts, and report unlawful activity.

6. Third-party services

The app relies on services such as Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Google Play and third-party AI video providers. They are outside our control and their terms apply to their part of the service.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every video will meet your expectations. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

8. Limit of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profit, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim (or INR 1,000 if you paid nothing).

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time (Account → Delete account). We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or to protect the service or other people.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is important we will tell you in the app. Using the app after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
