Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open AIVidGen and go to Account.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is removed straight away.

By email

If you cannot open the app, email svtechllpsupport@gmail.com from any address and tell us the phone number you signed in with (include the country code). We may ask you to confirm ownership of the number. We delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and phone number from our records.
• Your sign-in sessions, daily usage counters, ad-reward records and Premium status.
• Any video jobs still held on our server.

What may remain

• Videos already saved on your own phone, which are under your control.
• Records we must keep by law, or to prevent fraud and abuse, for as long as the law requires.
• Data held by Google (for example Firebase sign-in, Google Play subscriptions and AdMob). Manage those in your Google account settings. Deleting your AIVidGen account does not cancel a Premium subscription; cancel it first in Google Play → Subscriptions.
